We accept Refunds & Returns in case an item arrives damaged or it does not meet our costumer's expecations. In case of a broken item we will issue a full refund of the item & shipping fees upon return of the damaged product (we will also cover the shipping fees to return the item).

In case the product does not meet our costumers expecations, we will issue a full refund upon safe return of the item. However, in this case we will not Refund shipping fees or pay for the item to be Returned since all of our items are exactly as advertised. 

All purchased items will be shipped from our store within 2-3 business days & will arrive by air to their final destination in 7-15 business days. We ship wolrdwide with Canada Post. 

In case your country exceeds the standar shipping rates, one of the members of our team will contact you to either issue a full refund or to propose an alternative way of shipment (such as by boat or suggesting to cover the exceeding fees to ship by air).

Shipments by boat can take between 1 to 3 months to arrive to their desitnation. This is the reason why we try to avoid them as much as possible and will only ship by boat with your full consent.
